Our Story

The heartbeat of Miladay began with a simple, profound gesture: a packet of loose pearls gifted by Ting Dayrit to his wife, Mila. What started in 1966 as a passion project blossomed into a renowned jewelry empire, finding its first home at the Angela Arcade in 1969. Ting named it "Miladay"—"Mila's Day"—a daily tribute to his eternal love.

But their vision for "beautiful investments" extended beyond the sparkle of gems. With foresight and stewardship, Ting and Mila poured the fruits of their hard work into the timeless value of land. Since their first property acquisition in 1988, the family has quietly amassed over 480 hectares of prime real estate. Today, Miladay Land stands as the realization of that journey—transforming their private acquisitions into thriving communities and sustainable legacies that honor the past while building for the future.
